After 12 years of suffering with acne, it only took me 3 and a half weeks to get completely clear once I had the right information. You see, acne cannot be controlled or cured by topical creams and pills. This is not possible. You just need the right information and the DRIVE to want clear skin. The next tip is to start exercising regularly. This doesnt mean getting on the treadmill for 5 minutes once a week. Aerobic exercise in particular is great at balancing hormones, which is the root cause of acne along with inflammation. Getting moderate sunlight (dont burn) will also help.
